Jim Cullinan

Jim was born in Connecticut, but grew up in California and returned to Connecticut to attend college at UConn and Southern Connecticut State University. Jim has lived in Connecticut since graduating college to include the towns of Stamford, New Canaan and finally settling in Fairfield where he lives with his wife and is where they raised their two sons.

Jim started his professional career in the corporate world via sales and marketing in the telecommunications field, where he managed and trained sales professionals. One thing led to another and he eventually found his niche in the Corporate Real Estate and Facilities areas where managing leases, corporate space, interior design and operations.

Jim joined Coldwell Banker in Fairfield and believes this is his true passion. With a tremendous sense of understanding of the greater Fairfield County area, Jim brings great experience in knowing the local environment and the great treasures that our towns have to offer.

Jim believes that building relationships is building good business and is dedicated to working hard and delivering results for his clients. Jim is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys showing his clients the best that Fairfield County has to offer.
